What is a Haute Glam Membership?
Haute LA offers an inclusive membership that gives you access to luxury services at members-only pricing.
Can I request a specific stylist or colorist?
Haute L.A makes every attempt to accommodate your requests. Members can be moved to other stylist for blow dries if needed.
How do I tip?
You may tip in cash, Venmo or on a credit card. We recommend tipping on the full a la carte service price.
What if I have A LOT of Hair or  Extensions? 
There will be an additional charge to your service.
How long does my membership last?
Memberships are a 3 month commitment. If you choose to cancel before 3 months, you must email shop@hautelaboutique.com to cancel and there will be a 30% Fee of the total remaining months.
SALON POLICIES
Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment or a deposit of 30%
We understand that sometimes circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment 1 Hour or less and 48 Hours of appointments over 1 hour.  If notice is not given, you will be charged a minimum $25 Per Hour scheduled or your deposit will be held.  Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge of 100%  of the full priced service.
Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. Cancellation fee will apply or we can provide as much of the service as time allows.
